From Ashman Manufacturing in Virginia Beach comes this new series of Virginia Gentleman Small-Batch Bourbon sauces. The Chipotle Hot Sauce was recently awarded Best New Product at the Virginia Food & Beverage Show. It even comes in a clever flask-styled bottle.
The Chipotle Sauce is complemented by a Steak Sauce and Barbecue Sauce. Great for summer grilling.

The
"Real Deal" in authentic Jamaican Jerk seasoning. A local
artist, David Keeling, who is from Jamaica (his Dad lives right down the street
from the Walker's Wood place - true story) even says this is the real McCoy.
Mostly employed to kick up chicken wings and pork tenderloin, or on Owens's SOB Pizza -- Yowza! Rough recipe; take a pizza crust and brush on a combination of Olive Oil and either Dijon Mustard or Wasabi Mustard. Place Jerk Chicken, Andouille Cajun, some hot peppers (red flaked, Cayenne, Habanero, etc.), throw on a little blue cheese (Gorgonzola) and bake in a 500-degree oven for about 10 minutes. Serve with very cold beer.
